Delivery Costs:

The Trainer Drainer is sent by 48 hour tracked delivery. 
You don't have to sign for them which I hope makes it more convenient.

Costs are as follows:

£3.00 for 1 pair

£1.00 for 2 pairs

Free for 3 pairs or more.

They are all posted in recyclable or compostable packaging, brown envelope, with protective cardboard inside. It's functional and recyclable, but not beautiful.

At this stage of the business, I don't have fancy custom packaging - which I know is both nice to look at and good for presents.  

Returns & Warranty

The Trainer Drainer has a 12 month warranty against defects in the product, and it should last for a really long time.

I have done lots of drop tests, which have led to numerous design changes so I think this is a product that will last and shouldn't need replacing. 

However, if you do have a problem with it, please get in touch and I'll try to resolve, repair or replace it.
